 1. Registration and identification 

In order to play with us, you must first create an account by clicking the ‘Register’ button on the top right of our website 
https://gaoffinga.com/ . You  enter your  email address and create a secure password.  By registering an account and checking  the box on the registration page, you accept these General Terms and Conditions, the individual Casino, Live Casino and Sportsbook Rules (section 3) and the General Bonus Terms and Conditions (section 4). It is not possible to register an account on our website without expressly accepting these terms and conditions and rules.  
 
Then you fill in your personal details and upload or scan your ID such as your passport, driver’s license or ID card. You are also requested to fill in your telephone number, BSN and IBAN. With your BSN we check whether you are registered in the Central Register Exclusion from Gambling (CRUKS). You are  then asked to set your personal limits maximum playing credit, deposit limit and maximum playing time). We advise you to set your limits realistically.

You verify your email address by clicking on the link we send you in the verification email. This way we verify that this email address really belongs to you. Then you can make your first deposit  As soon as this is on your playing credit, your account activated and you can start playing! The following deposits can be made from another bank account , with a credit card 
or via other available payment methods in the cashier, but they must be in your name.
 
We are required to verify your identity and age and that the money you deposit has been obtained legally.  
We may use independent third parties to verify the information you provide and, if applicable, your net income. If your information cannot be verified with the help of third parties, we may ask you to provide additional information or personal (identity) documents , including but not limited to your passport, bank statement(s) or pay slips. 
 
We refuse, if we have the necessary information, the following categories of players: 
A player is a minor.
A player is not a natural person. 
A player does not reside in the Netherlands.
A player is not in possession of a Citizen Service Number (BSN). 
A player already has an active account with us. 
A player has not filled in or provided the information truthfully.
A player refuses to provide requested information or documents. 
A player is in debt restructuring. 
A player is registered in CRUKS. 
A player is under guardianship or administration. 
A player is incapacitated.
A player has been declared bankrupt. 
There is (a suspicion of) fraud. 
 
Outside of the aforementioned grounds, we reserve all rights to refuse registration. See also art 6 ‘Player’s obligations’.

2. Privacy and cookie statement 

As a player, you place your trust in us and we therefore see it as a great responsibility to keep your personal data and thus privacy safe and secure. How we do this can be read on the ‘ Privacy ‘ and ‘ Cookies ‘ pages. Here is described which data we collect from you, which we store, why we do this and how we deal with it.

By using our website and accepting these Terms and Conditions upon registration, you indicate that you are familiar with our Privacy and Cookie Statement. 
 

3. Rules of the game  

There are several games available: Casino, Live Casino and Sportsbook. In the game rules you will find the specific features, payout percentages and the chance of winning per game. 

Casino
We offer Random Number Generator (RNG) games that are certified and comply with the rules set by Dutch law. The payout percentages (RTP) and the game rules can be found in the individual games.

Live Casino Rules
Our Live Casino games are offered by third parties. These are certified and comply with the rules set by Dutch law. We are therefore authorized to offer the games and give our players access to make transactions to and from their player account to and from the Live Casino Games.

Sportsbook  
All Sportsbook betting is provided by Kambi Malta Ltd, a Maltese company with company registration number C49777. Kambi operates under a Maltese Gaming License, is certified and complies with the rules set by Dutch law.

4. Bonus terms and conditions

General Bonus Terms and Conditions
All bonuses and promotions offered by us on the website are subject to the General Bonus Terms and Conditions. The General Bonus Terms and Conditions form part of these Terms and Conditions and can be found 
HERE . By registering, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the General Bonus Terms and Conditions. 

Additional Bonus Terms
In addition to the General Bonus Terms, bonuses and promotions may be subject to additional and specific bonus terms (the “ 
Additional Bonus Terms”). The Additional Bonus Terms will be made available on the page of the relevant bonus or promotion. By claiming a bonus or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the relevant Additional Bonus Terms.


Priority
In the event of any conflict between the General Terms and Conditions, the General Bonus Terms and/or the Additional Bonus Terms and Conditions, the following order of priority shall apply:

Claiming and awarding the bonus 
A given bonus can only be awarded to an account once. Also, a given bonus is only paid out once per household, address, email address, credit card, bank account and IP address. In the event that multiple players share a household, address, bank account or IP address, only the first player to claim the bonus is eligible.
You must claim each available bonus separately and read and accept the Additional Bonus Terms for each bonus. Failure to do so will result in the bonus not being awarded. 
You can only claim 1 bonus at a time. Once you have played through this bonus or met the wagering requirements, you can claim any subsequent bonus. 
 
Maximum betting limit per game round
A bonus has a recreational character and is intended to make multiple bets with. It is therefore not permitted to wager the bonus in one go. The maximum wagering limit per game round of a bonus can be found in the General Bonus Terms and Conditions or, if applicable, the relevant Additional Bonus Terms and Conditions.
 
Exclusion from bonus program 
Voluntarily
You may opt out of receiving bonuses and promotions (the “ 
Bonus Program ”) at any time by sending a request to Customer Service. You may also choose to cancel an awarded bonus by contacting our Customer Service (section 11). 
 
Involuntary
JOI Gaming Ltd reserves the right to exclude a player from a specific bonus or from the entire bonus program without explanation, if the player has violated these Terms and Conditions, the General Bonus Terms and Conditions or the Additional Bonus Terms and Conditions or if we see reason to do so, such as abusing the bonus program. We have the right to subsequently close your account and not pay out in case of abuse.
 
If a bonus (for example through increased odds) gives the player a guaranteed or increased chance of winning, regardless of the outcome, and if we have evidence or reasonable suspicion that the player has placed a bet or bets alone or together with other players, we reserve the right not to pay out the bonus and any winnings made with it.
 
We reserve the right to monitor the player’s gaming behavior for the use or abuse of bonuses. In case of irregular gaming behavior/betting (irregular gameplay) we have the right to exclude a player from promotions and any bonuses and to withhold any winnings and close the account. Irregular gaming behavior includes, but is not limited to, betting with a low margin, betting on equal margins, no-risk betting, betting on hedges or repeatedly making deposits solely for the purpose of claiming a bonus and after claiming the bonus immediately withdrawing the original deposited amount without wagering it. In addition, the following cases are considered irregular gaming behavior and are therefore not permitted: increasing the balance and then significantly changing the playing pattern to meet the wagering requirements, using a gambling system, using the ‘double-up’ or gamble function to increase winning values, increasing the balance after wagering a high value and then wagering less than half of the previous bets to meet the wagering requirements, betting on games that are excluded or that contribute 0% to the wagering requirements, betting on games with bonus money to build up value, losing the bonus and then cashing out the built up value with a secondary deposit.
 
Decisions regarding abuse are final.
 
After an intervention concerning Responsible Gaming you will be excluded from the bonus program for a certain period of time. The duration depends on the severity of the intervention. The following periods apply: 

1. Type of intervention:  provide the player with insight into their gaming behaviour through a conversation, specifically pointing out any excessive or risky gaming behaviour that has been reported. 
Term: 30 days

2. Type of intervention:  advise the player to use a facility that allows him to gain insight into his own gaming behaviour in a simple way.
Term: 60 days 

3. Type of intervention:  advise the player to use the possibility to restrict his access to the games of chance organised by the licence holder in accordance with a maximum period of time per visit or registration to be determined by that player, or during time slots to be determined by that player. 
Term: 60 days 

4. Type of intervention:  restricting the player’s access to the games of chance organised by the licence holder without his consent to a maximum period of time per registration or during certain time slots. 
Term: 90 days 

5. Type of intervention:  advise the player to use the possibility to exclude himself for a certain or indefinite period from participation in the games of chance organised by the licence holder. 
Term: 90 days

6. Type of intervention:  exclude the player from participating in games of chance organised by the licence holder for a specific or indefinite period without his/her consent. 
Term: 365 days (12 months)  

Wagering requirements
All bonuses have wagering requirements, which must be met before any winnings made from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirements vary from bonus to bonus and it is therefore imperative to always consult the Specific Bonus Terms and Conditions of the promotion being offered.

Expiry date
Bonuses may have an expiration date as stated in the General Bonus Terms or Specific Bonus Terms.

It is not permitted to play the bonus on games without risk. Examples of bets and bets without risk are betting on red and black at the same time in roulette and betting on player and banker at the same time in baccarat. Colluding with other players to achieve this is also not permitted and is considered abuse. We reserve the right to close the account(s) in question and/or forfeit any winnings on that account(s) in the event of abuse.
 
Payout of the bonus 
Before we approve a payout, we may investigate the player’s playing behavior to see if there are any suspicious patterns in the betting behavior. Certain betting patterns are considered fraudulent, as are double bets and low-risk bets. This is not allowed and if this is the case, it is a violation of the bonus terms and conditions and the payout will be rejected. For example, it is also not allowed to bet on red and black at roulette at the same time in order to release the bonus. 
 
Should we have the impression or evidence that the bonus is being abused, we have the right to cancel the bonus, not pay out any winnings made with it, exclude the player from the bonus program and close the player’s account. We also have the right not to pay out any winnings made with the bonus on a game that cannot be unlocked.  

It is not possible to request a withdrawal of the bonus credit until the wagering requirements of the bonus have been met.
 
 Changing the bonus
JOI Gaming Ltd reserves the right to amend or cancel any bonus promotion at any time without prior notice and without stating the reason.

5. Payment terms

Deposits 
We accept deposits via iDEAL, 3D secure Creditcards, and possibly other payment methods that can be traced back to the player. The bank account and credit card must be in the name of the player. The first deposit must be made from the IBAN number that was filled in upon registration. By using one of the above payment methods you declare that you agree with the terms and conditions associated with the method in question and that the account and/or credit card belongs to you.
 
It is not permitted to deposit money that has been obtained in an illegal manner. We do not charge any fees for deposits from us to you. We may ask the player to provide additional documentation to prove the origin of the source of income or source of wealth if necessary.
 
Limit 
When registering, you as a player are required to set your deposit limit per day, week or month. The minimum deposit value is €10 per time. The maximum deposit, if your deposit limit allows it, has been determined by us as follows: per day €14,990, per week €30,000 and per month €50,000. On request, this can be deviated from after risk assessment. Our limits are updated at 00:00 UTC.
 
Payouts 
Provided that there are playing credits on your account that are exempt from any bonus restrictions, such as wagering requirements of an active bonus, you can request a withdrawal at any time in the cashier of your player account. A request for withdrawal of exempted playing credits will be processed by us immediately and the withdrawal will therefore take place without undue delay.
 
In the event of suspicions of fraud or suspicions of money laundering or financing of terrorism, we will not proceed to pay out exempted playing credits until our investigation has been completed and such suspicions have been completely removed (see also section 17). In the event of a jackpot win, we will also carry out additional checks and, where necessary, request information before the amount will be paid out.
 
newfuturegames.net does not have a minimum amount for making a withdrawal. We reserve the right to charge administrative costs if players make improper use of this possibility. Improper use is understood to mean: a player who makes more than five withdrawal requests within a period of one hour, where the amount of each request is less than €1.
 
You can only make a withdrawal to the IBAN number registered in your player profile. Should you wish to change this IBAN number, please submit a request to customer service. However, you must have made at least 1 deposit from this IBAN number and the account must be in your name. You cannot make a withdrawal to a credit card, even if you deposited with it. 
 
Once your account balance reaches the maximum you set, you will need to request a withdrawal. Until you request a withdrawal, you will not be able to continue playing. After you request a withdrawal, you will be able to continue playing. 
 
We do not charge any fees for withdrawals, except when players use it improperly. You can never cancel a withdrawal, not yourself or via customer service. 
 
Players can always withdraw the money they deposit into their player account without having to wager/play this amount. Please note that this is different if the deposit was made to obtain a bonus. In this case, you will first have to cancel the bonus in order to subsequently withdraw the deposited amount, as further explained in the General Bonus Terms and Conditions.   
 
Without prejudice to the foregoing, we reserve the right to refuse a withdrawal request if (there are reasonable grounds to suspect that) these Terms and Conditions, the Game Rules (section 3) or the applicable bonus terms (section 4) have been breached.  
 
If there is an incorrect balance on your player account, we reserve the right to correct this. If you have already had this paid out before we have noticed, you are obliged to report this to us and refund it. If you do not do this, we will take legal steps to recover this. 

6. Player Obligations  

In addition to the obligations that apply to registration, the following obligations apply to the player: 
You must be 18 years or older
You may only play for yourself, not for anyone else. 
You may not share your account with others.
You may only play for recreational purposes and not for professional purposes. 
You may only have 1 active account per person.
You may not play multiple games at the same time or play on multiple devices at the same time.
You are required to keep your profile up to date. 
You must keep your login details safe and do not share them with anyone. Abuse of your account or your devices is your own responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been abused, you must immediately inform our customer service. 
You may not transfer or sell your account. You may also not take over or buy another player’s account.
You agree that we may verify who you are by verifying information with third parties or by requesting documents from you such as utility bills, bank statements, etc. We may also request documents to determine the origin of the funds.
You may not use a technical error or belonging to a vulnerable group to your advantage. We reserve the right to cancel and reclaim any winnings won in this way. 
You may not engage in fraudulent practices such as match-fixing and collusion with other players or other illegal activities in connection with the use of the website. You may not use software-supported techniques or hardware to support your participation in licensed games of chance. 
You may not use your account for money laundering or terrorist financing, and you are not allowed to violate sanctions law. 
You represent that all bank accounts and credit cards used for your payment transactions are yours and in your name and that no funds originate from fraudulent or other unauthorized means or activities.
The communication between the player and us is confidential. You may not take screenshots and place them or distribute them in forums or in any other way. You may also not make negative publicity and damage our image.  

7. Violation of the rules 

If there is a suspicion that these Terms and Conditions, the Rules of the Game (section) or the applicable bonus terms (section 4) are or have been breached, we have the right to refuse to open an account, suspend or close it. We also have the right to withhold any winnings and reclaim any paid out amounts or offset damages against your balance. 
 
We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or cancel your bets if we suspect that you are engaged in illegal or fraudulent activities or that you are in trouble with creditors or are in debt restructuring. Our decision is final. 

8. Intellectual property  

JOI Gaming Ltd is the owner of ‘newfuturegames.net’ and the ‘newfuturegames.net’ and JOI’s logo. Any unauthorized use of the trademark and logo may result in prosecution. 
 
The website  
https://gaoffinga.com/  is our URL and no unauthorized use may be made of it. The website may not be used on any other website or digital platform without our prior written permission. Links to our website or pages on our website may not be included on any other website without our prior written permission. 
 
We are the owner or the rightful licensee of the rights to the technology, software and operating systems used on the Website. 
 
The content and structure of the website pages are subject to copyright © and database rights in the name of JOI Gaming Ltd. All rights reserved. The copyright in our website, including all text, graphics, code, files and links, belongs to us and the website may not be reproduced, transmitted or stored in whole or in part without our written permission. Player registration and use of the website does not grant any rights to the intellectual property in the website. 
 
You agree not to use any device, software or routine to monitor our website, any page on the website or the content. Any unauthorized activity may result in prosecution. 

9. Liability 

You participate in the games of chance offered on our website at your own risk. 
 
The website and the games are offered as they are. Although the website and the game offer have been put together with the greatest possible care, it is possible that the software or the website contains an error and may not be suitable for the intended purpose. We therefore do not guarantee that the website and the games are accessible without interruptions. 
 
We are not liable for any loss, damage, costs, consequential damage and incidental damage that is directly or indirectly related to the use of our website and your participation in the games of chance offered. 
 
You agree to indemnify us – JOI Gaming Ltd. and/or its employees and/or partners and service providers – against any costs, losses, damages, claims or liabilities of any nature whatsoever that may arise from the use of our website and participation in the games of chance offered. 

10. Complaints procedure   

Safe, reliable and responsible, that is what we stand for. Offering a good service to our players is therefore high on our newfuturegames.net banner! If you unexpectedly do not reach an agreement with our customer service employees, we offer you the opportunity to file a complaint.

Customer service is available 24 hours a day, every day of the week. They provide information and help you with questions about the website, games and sports betting, transactions, payouts, promotions, responsible gaming, your limits and much more.

12. Chat rules 

It is possible to communicate directly with both customer service and Live Casino dealers and/or fellow players.
 
The Live Casino Evolution has its own chat function. This can be used to communicate with other players and with the live dealers. The chat is moderated by Evolution Gaming.  
 
newfuturegames.net is not responsible for the behavior of other players in this chat function.  
 
We reserve the right to suspend, close or delete a player’s chat function or the entire player account in case of abuse or violation of the chat rules.  
It is prohibited to use the chat function in an unethical manner. Measures will be taken in the event of insulting, discriminating, insulting the customer service employee and hateful statements. The player may not cause damage, distress or inconvenience to our customer service employees.  
Suspicious chats can be reported to, among others, the Dutch Gaming Authority (Ksa).   
All chats are recorded and stored.  
 
The chat may not be used for expressions that:  
be geared towards colluding with other players;  
incitement to hatred and contempt; 
promote antisocial behavior;
influence other players in their playing behavior through intimidation or abuse;  
encourage illegal activities;
be offensive, threatening, objectionable or sexually explicit;  
cause damage, distress or inconvenience to other players;
promote forums or other online entities; 
spread untruths about our website or websites related to our website or cause damage to our website or websites related to our website.
You may not impersonate an employee of newfuturegames.net.

13. Aborted games

We do our utmost to prevent technical problems, but if a malfunction does occur, the following applies:  
 
We are not liable for server failures, downtime, delays, or technical malfunctions in the game. During live betting events and live casino events, it is possible that a malfunction occurs during live events or that data is lost, causing the outcome to not be received or to be received later. However, this rarely happens.
 
We aim to issue any refunds within 72 hours.
 
Should a game be interrupted by an internet outage or a malfunction in the player’s computer system, the game will be resumed at the time immediately before the interruption occurred. However, if this is not possible, we will ensure that the game is terminated or we will refund the stake to your player account. 
 
We will not be liable for any damage or loss arising out of or in connection with the website or the content on the website, including but not limited to:
delays or interruptions in the game;
loss or damage of data;
communication disruptions, such as in the internet or telephone connection; 
misinterpretation of the content or of the website;
errors or gaps in the content.
 
In the event of a malfunction in our system, all bets will be void. In this case, we will refund the bet to your player account in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
 

14. Inactive accounts 

A player account will automatically be classified as inactive if it has not been logged in or out for a consecutive period of 18 months. 
 
Once your account is classified as inactive, we will deposit any play credits to the IBAN number known to us, after which we will close the account. We will contact you about this 30 days before your player account becomes inactive. 

15. Closing an account by the player 

You can close your account at any time by sending an email to customer service. However, closing your account is  
irrevocable , you can never reopen it. 
 
Please note that before you request to close your account, you must first cancel any outstanding bets. We will pay out the balance immediately upon closure, as long as these Terms and Conditions, the Game Rules (section 3) and the applicable bonus terms (section 4) are met. 
 
However, if you wish to keep the option of playing again in the (near) future open, it is best to temporarily suspend your account by setting a so-called Time-Out, as described below and on our 
Responsible Gaming page.

16. Responsible Gaming – What does gambling cost you? Stop in time 18+ 

As a player, you play in a safe, trusted and responsible environment. This means that we have drawn up an Addiction Prevention Policy to point out to you as a player the possible dangers of gambling addiction and to protect you from this. In this policy, we pay special attention to vulnerable groups such as: minors, young adults, people with an intellectual disability and people with a (previous) gambling addiction. Limits
When registering your account on our website, you will be asked to set a limit for your playing time and for your deposits per day, week and/or month, as well as a limit for the maximum credit or balance on your playing account. You can change this at any time in your account. A reduction of the limit will take effect immediately and an increase has a waiting period of 7 days. This is to protect you from impulsive decisions. 
 
Loss limit 
For young adults, aged 18 to 23, there is an automatically set default maximum loss limit. You can always lower this limit yourself. For players aged 24 and over, setting a loss limit is optional. Please refer to the

Time-out
If you do not want to play for a while, you can set a time-out of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days in your account. If you want to set a different period (max 3 months), you can contact customer service about this, they will then arrange it for you. You can also have a time-out set for Casino, Live Casino or Sportsbook. Or for a specific period of time, for example during the day or in the weekend. You can request this via customer service. 
 
During a timeout, you will still have access to your account details. However, you will not be able to make a deposit or participate in the games. You will still be able to request a withdrawal.
 
Self-exclusion and CRUKS
You can be excluded from participating in the games at newfuturegames.net for a minimum of 3 months. You must submit a request to customer service. After the period you requested has expired, you can submit a request to reopen your account. 
 
You can also register yourself in the exclusion system developed by the Ksa, the so-called Central Register Exclusion of Gambling (CRUKS). The duration is at least 6 months, this is extendable. Registration in CRUKS means a ban for the entire Dutch legal gambling offer, both online and offline.  
 
A third party, such as a relative, can also submit a request to have a player included in CRUKS. This is only possible if you, as a relative, suffer damage from the player’s gambling behavior and all other assistance offered does not help. Read more about

We can also submit an application to the Ksa to include a player in CRUKS.
 
Registration of gaming behavior
In order to prevent excessive gaming and gambling addiction, we register your gaming behavior. This includes information about game types, duration, login details, limits, deposits and bets. Based on the analysis of your gaming behavior, we can perform interventions aimed at responsible gaming and preventing the risk of gambling addiction as much as possible. The interventions and their intensity are tailored to the gaming behavior. If, based on the analyses, we receive signals that may indicate excessive gaming behavior, we have the right to exclude you from the bonus program or from participation in the licensed games of chance.

17. Anti-money laundering and terrorist financing  

As an online gambling provider, we must act in accordance with legislation such as the Wwft (Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Act). We will therefore check all transactions and report suspicious transactions to the FIU (Financial Intelligence Unit) in the Netherlands. We have the right to share your data with third parties for this purpose. 
 
If you suspect any suspicious activity regarding any of the games of chance offered on the Site, you must immediately report it to

In accordance with the Wwft, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and not pay out the balance.

19. Other conditions

These Terms and Conditions, the Game Rules (section 3) and the applicable bonus terms (section 4) apply between you and us to the exclusion of any other terms or agreements.
  
As a Dutch licensed operator, JOI is legally required to separate its operating capital from player funds, in accordance with the Dutch Remote Gambling Act (Koa). Player funds are held in a separate account, and are therefore protected from bankruptcy.
 
JOI keeps the players’ funds in a segregated account, which is protected against insolvency.
 
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal or unenforceable, all other provisions will remain in full force and effect.  

20. Applicable law 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Both JOI Gaming Ltd and the player submit to the jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
